Delivery

All orders are made on the basis of the following terms and conditions. Order cancellations are valid only if we confirm them, by a written document.

Our products / services will be shipped to the delivery address indicated on the buyer on the order form in France or in EU countries. The buyer assumes responsibility for the non-delivery of the products / services ordered.

The shipment takes place within 48 hours of the conclusion of the purchase contract. We ship with the standard service of shipping companies. Once the order is placed, we strive to find a link to the tracking of the buyer.

Potential buyers are informed in advance of the risk of loss or damage to the ordered product before shipping the goods. In case of loss or damage to the packaging or goods due to transport the transport company assumes responsibility . (Article 105 of the Commercial Code).

Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery (home, office, third person) by the delivery of our publisher to the delivery address you specified. In the absence of the recipient and other authorized persons, the recipient is informed by the postman of a non-delivery notification in his mailbox. In this case, the recipient has 10 days to pick up his parcel at the nearest post office. Otherwise, other collection or delivery options will be agreed with the post office.

We are committed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after parcel delivery to inform the buyer of the shipment as well as a summary of the order.

Shipping fees include packing materials and shipping costs. Additional fees may be incurred depending on the price or weight of the goods to be shipped. We recommend grouped orders. Shipping costs for partial deliveries requested by the buyer or items to be packaged separately are the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer can’t make any claims against us if the delivery delay caused by a case of force majeure, strike, non-delivery of the seller or other disturbances of operations..

Damage report linked to the transportation

In case of packet corruption (opened package, liquid marks …) Do not open the package and show the package within five working days at a recipient’s post office. Otherwise, the shipping company will not be responsible. In addition, a damaged delivery, the claim must be written and sent to AcuOne Customer Service. to  info@acuone.com

Delivery time

The delivery times indicated by AcuOne are always non-binding and usually delivered on time. Deliveries abroad may be delayed due to foreign carriers and must not result in cancellation of the order or refund of payments.

Cancellation

The cancellation period is five business days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal can be exercised in written document. Our responsibility is limited to the replacement of the defective product (excluding damage).

Receipt of products

According to article 105 of the commercial law of the shipment of our products at risk and responsibility for retention , the risk of transport is in charge the customer , as well as all the risks that arise after the receipt of goods.

Return policy

AcuOne reserves the right to return the delivered products to the extent that the customer has not concluded mutual agreement with us in written document for the right of return.
In a cas of force majeure, including strikes, lockouts or unforeseen (also in-house) postponement including rendering a performance despite reasonable efforts impossible circumstances, entitle the SAS Bios band, delivery throughout the duration of the impediment and a reasonable time or because of the still part of the contract not fully or partially canceled.
